Homes situated close to the ocean need a little extra care and attention detail to stay looking their best.
We often hear from homeowners who’ve had trouble finding a carpenter for small jobs like rot repair. This house in Gorham needed clapboards and trim replaced as well as some sill repairs. Of course we painted it too. We gotcha covered 👍
This job required us to replace some damaged clapboard siding and trim before we were ready to scrape/sand, caulk, and paint. We also removed, prepped, painted, and reinstalled the shutters.
